TAYPRO is building the autonomous operations layer for solar power plants. We design and deploy AI-driven, waterless robotic systems that improve energy generation, reduce operational losses, and enable scalable solar plant maintenance across utility-scale installations.

Why this role exists
This is not a “coordination” role.
You will work directly with the founders on:
- fundraising
- strategic projects
- investor communication
- operations
- partnerships
- hiring
- customer interactions
- research
- execution across departments
You will help convert chaos into execution.
One week you may build an investor pipeline.
Next week you may coordinate a pilot deployment, prepare a board update, analyze manufacturing bottlenecks, or represent the company in a strategic meeting.
This role is designed for someone who wants to become a future founder, operator, or business leader.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
- Work directly with founders on high-priority business initiatives
- Drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution
- Track key company metrics and execution timelines
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and business reviews
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Support fundraising processes and investor outreach
- Prepare pitch decks, financial narratives, and market research
- Coordinate due diligence and investor communication
Business Operations
- Solve operational bottlenecks across teams
- Build systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Coordinate between engineering, sales, operations, and finance
Market Research & Growth
- Conduct competitor and market intelligence research
- Identify partnership and expansion opportunities
- Analyze customer feedback and industry trends
Founder Support
- Help prioritize initiatives and ensure follow-through
- Prepare meeting briefs and action trackers
- Represent founders in internal and external discussions when required
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- Exceptional communication and structured thinking
- Strong ownership and execution ability
- Ability to learn quickly in ambiguous environments
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with maturity
Good to Have
- Experience in consulting, startups, VC, operations, or strategy
- Strong presentation and Excel/Sheets skills
- Understanding of manufacturing, robotics, SaaS, AI, or energy sectors
- Experience with fundraising or business analysis
This role is NOT for someone who:
- Needs constant supervision
- Wants a fixed 9–5 predictable routine
- Is uncomfortable with ambiguity
- Prefers narrowly defined responsibilities
