IT Support Executive

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and IT-related issues across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems by troubleshooting technical problems, installing and maintaining computer equipment, managing user accounts, and assisting employees with day-to-day IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and security tools.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, backups, and antivirus management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and technical support when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Support the setup of IT infrastructure for new employees, meetings, and company events.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Provide basic user training on software applications and IT best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, printers, routers, and basic network administration is preferred.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security solutions.
