Yes, for select engineering and operations tracks where we can pair you with senior mentors. We look for strong fundamentals, hands-on project work, and curiosity about robotics or solar O&M — not only CGPA.

Hardware, manufacturing, and field roles require on-site presence. Some software and business functions offer hybrid arrangements from Pune after an initial onboarding period — decided per role.
